Submit a Report

Email support@sabzimo.com with the subject line “Security Report — SABZIMO.”

Please include:

  • The affected page URL or website feature.

  • A description of the issue and its potential impact.

  • Steps that help us reproduce the problem safely.

  • Relevant screenshots with personal information and sensitive data removed.

Never include passwords, full payment-card details, or other customers’ information in your report.

Responsible Reporting

Please avoid actions that could harm our customers or interrupt the store:

  • Do not access private accounts or customer data.

  • Do not modify, delete, download, or retain information belonging to others.

  • Do not exploit an issue beyond the minimum needed to identify it safely.

  • Do not attempt denial-of-service attacks or disruptive testing.

  • Give us reasonable time to investigate before publishing technical details.

  • Follow applicable laws.

If you encounter sensitive information accidentally, stop testing and notify us without copying or sharing that information.

This page provides a reporting channel. It does not authorize access to private systems, accounts, or data.

Review Process

We will assess reports and take appropriate action for confirmed issues. We may contact you for clarification. Please do not send additional sensitive information unless a suitable reporting method has been agreed upon.

Compensation

SABZIMO does not offer a public bug bounty program. Sending a report does not create an entitlement to payment or public recognition.
