Cancelling Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your SABZIMO order before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible so we can check whether dispatch can still be stopped.

A cancellation request is not complete until our team confirms it. If we confirm cancellation before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. No cancellation fee is charged.

How to Request Cancellation

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • The full name used for the purchase.

  • Whether you wish to cancel the entire order or a specific item.

For email requests, use the subject line “Cancellation Request — Order [Your Order Number].”

Orders That Have Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it through our pre-shipment cancellation process.

If you no longer want the product, you may request an eligible return after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy. Please contact us for instructions before sending anything back.

Ordering Mistakes

If you selected the wrong product or entered incorrect order details, contact us immediately.

We will check whether a correction or cancellation is possible before shipment. Changes are not guaranteed, and we will confirm any agreed adjustment with you.

Cancellations by SABZIMO

We may need to cancel an order because of:

  • Product unavailability.

  • Unresolved payment-verification issues.

  • Incorrect or unverifiable delivery information.

  • A material pricing or product-listing error.

  • Reasonable concerns about a fraudulent transaction.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you using the contact information provided and refund any payment collected for the cancelled order.

If shipment is delayed beyond the promised timeframe, we will explain your options to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund, in accordance with applicable requirements.

Cancellation Refunds

For a confirmed cancellation, you will receive the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days of confirmation.

We charge no cancellation fee and will email you when the refund has been issued.
