Pricing and Payment

Any business quotation we issue will identify the products, quantities, prices in USD, applicable charges, and payment conditions.

Retail promotions do not automatically apply to separately negotiated business quotations. Any agreed discount or special arrangement will be confirmed in writing.

Shipping Arrangements

For separately quoted business orders, delivery availability, shipping charges, and estimated handling and transit times will be stated in the quotation.

Our retail free-shipping offer does not automatically extend to a separate commercial agreement. Any difference will be clearly disclosed before you accept the quotation.

Returns and Product Issues

Any special return or exchange conditions for a separately negotiated business order will be provided in writing before purchase.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Follow our instructions before returning any items.

Standard Website Purchases

Ordinary purchases made through our website checkout remain subject to our published Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Terms of Service, unless a separate agreement expressly states otherwise.
